How to shop at Ejeby Förlag

Find your wanted products
There are at least three ways to find the things you are looking for:

1. At the top of the page in the ”Search window” you can enter the author’s name and/or the title of a product. The fewer words you use, the better the search will be.
2. You can also search in the menu ”Categories” in the search bar on the left on the pages ”Books”, ”Sheet music” and ”CD”. There you will find all the main categories and sub categories that we have to offer.

Add the things you want to order to your shopping cart by clicking the button ”Add to shopping cart” by each presentation.

Shopping cart
In the upper menu on the right hand side of our web site you will find ”Shopping cart”. Click it, and you will see the goods in your shopping cart and how much they cost.

You can always edit the contents of your shopping cart by clicking ”Remove”.
Here you will also find a link to Terms and Conditions.
When you are happy with the contents of your shopping cart, log in with the information you registered as a customer, and you will end up at ”Checkout”.
If you have not been shopping with us before, click Register here to create an account.

Register a new customer
On the ”Shopping cart” page there is a link to the registration page.
Fill in the information needed under ”New private customer” or ”New business customer”.
When you have chosen user name and password and supplied the remaining information, click ”Register private customer” or ”Register business customer”.
You now have an account with Ejeby Förlag. In the menu on the right hand side you will find ”Your account”. Click here if you want to edit your personal details (a change of address, for instance) or to subscribe to (or cancel) our Newsletter.

Checkout
When you have created an account as a new customer – or logged in as a previously registered customer – you will arrive at the page where you confirm your order: ”Checkout”. Check that all titles and quantities correspond with what you wish to buy. Also check that your address information is correct. You can edit your personal information under “Your account”, on the right hand side of upper menu.
You can cancel your purchase by clicking ”Cancel”.
After clicking “Send order” you will arrive at the receipt page, the final page in the order process. At the same time we send an e-mail to the address you gave when registering as a customer. This e-mail serves as a confirmation that we have received your order. Save it for future reference in contact with us. On the confirmation you will find the order you have placed, the order number and your customer’s number.
