Shopping at Ejeby Förlag

Customer information
To shop with us, you must enter information in all fields that are mandatory during customer registration.
If we do not have your email address we cannot send you an order confirmation and we cannot notify you of any delivery delays or if any part of your order cannot be delivered. It is also mandatory to enter a telephone number as it is required by Postnord when we send orders so that the parcels can be tracked.
Every time you place a new order with us, you must check that the address information provided is up to date.
When you place an order, this means that you agree that we register your name and personal identification number/organization number in our customer register.
Ejeby Förlag does not disclose any customer information to anyone other than the partners we may have to carry out payment monitoring. See our Privacy Policy.
If you have a VAT-no. you can enter it when you place an order.
If you are a retailer, please contact us for placing an order or to get a quotation.

Payment
You can choose between three payment methods:

Invoice
We will send an invoice along with your ordered products. If you have ordered digital products, the invoice will ordinarily be sent by email. Payment is due by 30 days.
In the event of late payment, late payment interest can be charged and a reminder fee may apply.

Paypal
Pay safe with a debit card via Paypal. Search for info[at]ejeby.se.

Swish
In the checkout, enter your phone number and a payment request will be sent to your Swish application from us. Applies mainly to Swedish customers.

Digital sheet music
When purchasing digital sheet music, you will have access to your sheet music immediately after ordering if you pay with Swish. They will be sent directly to your email and are also available under ”My account” when you are logged in at ejeby.se. The link will be available for 7 days. The same should also work for Paypal payments, but it does not do so at the moment. We are working on sorting it out.

If you choose to buy digital sheet music and pay via invoice you will receive the sheet music in PDF format by email together with an invoice/invoice copy as soon as we have had time to process your order. The same currently also applies to Paypal payments.

We remind you of the copyright, that the file may not be used in more copies than the number you paid for. This also applies to digital use.
