Sara Niklasson (born 1983) grew up surrounded by classical music. In time, she discovered other genres, such as pop and folk music. Sara mainly writes music and lyrics she performs herself, but Frame and Content was composed for the Swedish choir Voces Nordicae and is included on their cd What is Life? It’s a song about the relief you may find when you realize that it is easier to change yourself instead of all the world around you.

8-part choir SSAATTBB and tenor and soprano soloists (from the choir) accompanied by a guitar in modern pop style.
