Information
Emil Råberg’s great piece of music Dubito, for 8-parts mixed choir and accordion (alternatively organ), is based on lyrics by Amanda Björnerås. The text, which expresses doubts and worries is mixed with rapid syllables (possibly influenced by minimalistic compositions), ends with a prayer: ”Deep in the dark I pray: Be by my side, my Lord! Alleluia, alleluia!”
Dubito was first performed by the Erik Westberg Vocal Ensemble and David Wahlén (accordion) in the Royal Chapel, Stockholm 10 October 2010.
