Information

A mass for male voices, composed for the Swedish ensemble Svanholm Singers. The mass was first performed in concert in 2019. The Kyrie movement is also available separately.

”This piece was inspired by the oldest notated sacred music. Gregorian chanting as well as use of fifths and fourths in relation to each other are the foundation of the tonal content. Through these tools a new, more modern tonal language emerges.” – Emil Fredberg
